1. What is the “All I Want For Christmas” promotion about?

The “All I Want For Christmas” promotion gives all customers a chance to win

either of the following;

? A Plot of Land – valued at EC $100,000.00

? Car & Insurance – valued at EC $100,000.00

? Holiday prize – valued at EC $20, 000 per year for 5 years.

In addition to the grand draw, there will also be weekly prizes as follows but not

limited to:

? iPods

? Cameras

? Handsets

? Free credit

? Gift vouchers – valued at EC $50.00 to EC $100.00

2. How long will this promotion run for?

The “All I Want For Christmas” promotion will run from November 13, 2009

to January 31, 2010.

3. How does the “All I Want For Christmas” promotion work?

? Get one entry every time you top up 25 or more.

? Get an entry when you purchase a handset.

? Get an entry when you become a new customer (prepaid/postpaid).

? Get 5 entries when the postpaid bill is paid on time.

4. How can I qualify for the “All I Want For Christmas” promotion?

Subscribers can qualify by meeting any of the requirements below;

? Top up $25.00 or more.

? Purchase a handset

? Pay your bill on time.

? Become a Digicel customer – Activate a prepaid sim or sign up for a

postpaid plan.

NOTE:The following applies for prepaid activations.

All NEW prepaid activations between November 13th and January 31st, 2010 will

receive $15 bonus credit every month for 4 months. This bonus credit will be

applied on the 1st day of every month and is applicable for Digicel to Digicel calls

ONLY and expires in 14 days.

Below are the conditions to receive the $15.00 bonus credit;

? Customer MUST meet a top up thresh-hold of $25.00 or more within the

month in order to receive the $15 bonus on the 1st of the following month.

? Top ups can be accumulative, i.e. whether 2 top ups for the month; $10.00 &

$15.00 or 3 top ups - $10.00, $10.00 & $5.00.

If a customer tops up in November, then the $15.00 credit will be applied in the

following month, i.e. December. Same principle will apply throughout the

promotion. If a customer does NOT meet the top up thresh-hold of $25.00 or

more, then the customer will lose the opportunity to get the $15.00 bonus in that

month.

5. To qualify for the Weekly or Grand prize draws, can top ups be

accumulative?

Top ups to qualify for the Weekly or Grand prize draws are NOT accumulative.

Customers MUST top up $25.00 or more to qualify for the “All I Want For

Christmas” promotion.

6. Is the “All I Want For Christmas” promotion for both prepaid & postpaid

subscribers?

This promotion is available to ALL Digicel customers.

7. When will the GRAND DRAW take place?

GRAND DRAW will take place in the first week in February.

8. How will persons know of the draws?

St. Lucia - Persons can tune in to The WAVE on Monday mornings @ 8:30am.

Information will also be published in the weekend newspapers.

Grenada - Persons can tune in to WEE FM on Fridays between 2:00pm to

3:00pm. Information will also be published in the weekend

newspapers.

St. Vincent - Persons can tune in to HOT 97 on Friday mornings @ 8:00am.

Information will also be published in the weekend newspapers.

Roaming customers are unable to participate in this promotion.

11.Am I able to participate while roaming?

Customers who are roaming will NOT be able to participate in the “All I Want

For Christmas” promotion.

? The “All I Want For Christmas” promotion is available to ALL Digicel

subscribers.

? The “All I Want For Christmas” promotion will commence from November 13,

2009 to January 31, 2010.

? Grand prize will be a choice between A Plot of Land – valued at EC $100,000.00

Or Car & Insurance – valued at EC $100,000.00 Or Holiday prize – valued at EC

$20, 000 per year for 5 years.

? To qualify for the “All I Want For Christmas” promotion, customers MUST top

up $25.00 or more, become a Digicel customer or pay bill on time.

? Weekly prizes will include; ipods, camera, handsets, free credit & vouchers.

? Customers who purchase a handset with a sim will receive bonus credit of

$15.00 once a $25.00 top up (accumulative) thresh-hold is reach per month over

the next 4 months.

? Roaming customers are unable to participate in the “All I Want For Christmas”

promotion.
