  1. What is the ‘Digi Double Promotion’ about?

 

All Digicel prepaid subscribers are provided with an opportunity to get double for all top ups done on October 30, 2009.

 

2.      Can the top ups be done anytime?

 

The top ups can be done anytime on October 30, 2009, i.e. from 12:00:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM.

 

3.      Is the ‘Digi Double Promotion’ applicable to any form of top up?

 

The ‘Digi Double Promotion’ is applicable to all forms of top up EXCEPT for online top up.

 

4.      Does the ‘Digi Double Promotion’ apply for every top up value?

 

The Digi double promotion applies for every top up value, i.e. from $5.00 and over.

 

Note:   Credit U is NOT a form of top up.

 

5.      Is there a limit of top ups for the ‘Digi Double Promotion’?

 

There is no limit for the number of top ups done during the promotion.

 

6.      Will the bonus credit be reflected in the main account?

 

The bonus credit will NOT be reflected in the main account. The bonus credit will be reflected in DA1.

Example:         if a customer top up with $10.00, then that $10.00 will be added to the main account. The other $10.00 (bonus credit) will be added to the dedicated account (DA1). 

 

7.      How will customers view this bonus credit?

 

Customers can view the bonus credit by dialing *120# send (balance enquiry)/ *120*1# send.

 

8.      Are Prepaid CUG customers able to participate in the ‘Double Top Up Promotion’?

 

Prepaid CUG customers are able to participate in this promotion.

 

Note:              

Prepaid CUG customers will have to use *9 before a digi to digi local call is made. Example: if a customer (X) is calling (Y), then (X) will dial *9XXXXXXX. This only applies to out of CUG calls whereas CUG calls would be made as normal (without *9)

 

9.      How will the bonus credit affect FA3 and FA5?

 

§  For FA3 bonus credit will NOT be affected as prepaid customers will be charged from main account and NOT DA1.

§  For FA5 bonus credit will NOT be affected as prepaid customers will be charged from main account and NOT DA1.

 

10.  Is there an expiry for the bonus credit?

 

There is an expiry of 14 days after credit has been applied, i.e. November 12, 2009.

 

11.  Are there any restrictions for the ‘Digi Double Promotion’?

 

There are restrictions for the ‘Digi Double Promotion’;

§  Bonus credit will be used for digi to digi local calls.

§  Credit will expire after 14 days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

12.  Are prepaid customers able to participate in the ‘Digi Double Promotion’ while roaming?

 

Prepaid customers are able to participate while roaming.

§  Customers who are roaming within the OECS will benefit from this promotion. (Any voucher, Anywhere)

 

 

 

 

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Ø  Promotion applies ONLY to prepaid subscribers.

 

Ø  Top Up anytime and get double.

 

Ø  Promotion is valid for 1 day only – October 30, 2009.

 

Ø  Bonus credit will be reflected in a dedicated account and can be viewed via *120*1# Send.

 

Ø  Bonus credit is applicable ONLY for local digi to digi calls.

 

Ø  Prepaid CUG customers MUST use *9 before a local digi call is made to use the bonus credit

 

Ø  All forms of top up EXCEPT online top up will be doubled.

 

Ø  Bonus credit is valid for a 14 day period. (Expiry November 12, 2009)

 

Ø  Promotion applies to prepaid roaming customers in the OECS.
