The ‘My FIVE Promotion’ is a promotion designed to provide customers with

incentives & most of all – their monies worth. The ‘My FIVE Promotion’ is a sweet

combination or package of various offers;

 FA5/55 (Free After 5)

 FA5/30 (Free International)

 Free Nights (Prepaid)

 Free Credit ($5.00 on-net calls)

 (FA5 SMS)Free After 5 SMS

2. Is the promotion for both Prepaid & Postpaid subscribers? - The promotion is available ONLY to ‘Prepaid Subscribers’.

3. How does this promotion work?

 FA5/55 (Free After 5) - Customers simply speak for 5 minutes & get up to the hour free for on-net calls, i.e. 55 FREE minutes on that same call whether LOCAL or DIGI-REGIONAL.

On-net* Refers to calls on the same network – Digicel to Digicel (Local) & Digicel to Digicel (Regional).

 FA5/30 (Free International) - Customers simply speak for the first 5 minutes & get the next 30 minutes FREE on calls to the U.S.A., USVI, Puerto Rico, U.K. (Fixed Lines) & Canada.

 Free Nights (Prepaid) - Prepaid customers who top up $50.00 (not accumulative) or more will receive FREE nights (10pm to 6am) to make FREE CALLS to any Digicel Local number.

 Free Credit ($5.00 on-net calls) - Prepaid customers who top up $25.00 (not accumulative) or more as the 1st top up of the month will receive bonus credit ($5.00 on-net calls).

 Free After 5 SMS - All prepaid subscribers will get an opportunity to send FREE SMS locally every Friday on the Digicel network. Prepaid customers will be charged for the first 5 SMS & get the NEXT 5 SMS FREE. Process will be repeated throughout the day – first 5 SMS charged & the next 5 free.

Note: FREE AFTER 5 SMS is no longer on a daily basis effective July 06, 2010. FA5 SMS will take effect every FRIDAY starting July 09, 2010. ALL local Digi to Digi SMS sent from Monday to Thursday will be charged at regular SMS rate - $0.15/SMS.
 
4. Under the FA5/55, can I call any country? - With the FA5/55 (Free After 5), calls can be made to any Digicel Regional country that was under the Free After 3 promotion, i.e. Jamaica, Dominica, St Lucia, St. Vincent, Grenada, Barbados, Anguilla, St Kitts, Antigua, Trinidad, Martinique, St. Martin, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Haiti, BVI.
 
5. With FA5 (Free After 5), do I need to stay for the entire 55 minutes? - As long as the customer makes the 5 minutes call, the rest of the hour is FREE, i.e. 55 minutes. If a customer speaks for less than the hour, once the call is over 5 minutes then the remainder of that time is FREE.

Note:
FREE minutes are on a per call basis.

6. How does ‘FA5/30 (FREE International)’ work? -  FA5/30 (FREE International) provides prepaid customers with an incentive of FREE minutes (30 minutes) on calls to the USA, USVI, Puerto Rico, UK (FixedLines) & Canada after the first 5 chargeable minutes. i.e. a customer who calls the mentioned destinations above will be charged for the first FIVE (5) minutes & will get up to 30 minutes FREE on that call.

7. If I have the exact amount for 5 minutes will I still get 30 minutes FREE? If a prepaid customer has the exact amount for a 5 minute call, then the customer will be charged for the 5 minutes and receive 30 FREE minutes.

8. If I speak for less than 30 minutes, will I get my remainder of the minuteson another call? -
A prepaid customer will ONLY benefit from this promotion on a per call basis, i.e. whenever an international call is made, the customer will receive 30 free minutes on that call. The process will start again once a new call is initiated.

9.If I speak beyond 35minutes, will the process of FA5/30 (FREE International) continue? - If a customer should go beyond 35 minutes on an international call to the USA, USVI, Puerto Rico, UK (fixed line) or Canada, then the process will continue whereby the first 5 minutes will be charged & receive 30 FREE minutes on that call.
 
10.How do I know when I have qualified for getting “FREE NIGHTS”? - Once a prepaid customer tops up $50.00 (not accumulative) or more an SMS will be received indicating the automatic activation of the FREE NIGHTS promotion.

Message;

“Thanks for joining Free Nights for 5 days”.

11.How do I know when my FREE NIGHTS plan has ended? - Prepaid customers who are on the FREE NIGHTS plan will receive an SMS indicating the expiry of the plan on the same day of expiration.Message;

“Your subscription to plan Free Nights for 5 days will expire on <DATE/TIME>”

12.Will I get additional free nights if I top up $50.00 while on the FREE NIGHTS plan? - If a prepaid customer tops up $50.00 (not accumulative) while on the FREE NIGHTS plan, additional free nights will NOT be added to the active plan. The plan MUST expire first, and then the FREE NIGHTS plan can be activated again.

13.Is there a particular top up time to get the FREE NIGHTS plan activated? A prepaid customer can top up anytime & receive FREE NIGHTS.

Note: FREE NIGHTS period is from 10pm – 6am, so if a top up is done after 10pm then the customer will receive free nights from the time of top up (after 10pm) up until 6am.

14.Can I call any number during the FREE NIGHTS period? - Prepaid customers can call ONLY Digicel numbers locally while on the FREE NIGHTS plan.

15.How can I receive $5.00 bonus credit? - A prepaid customer can receive $5.00 bonus credit by simply topping up $25.00 (not accumulative) or more as the FIRST top up of the month.

16.How will I know that I have received the $5.00 bonus credit? - A prepaid customer will know when the $5.00 bonus credit is applied by dialing *120*3#.

17.Can I use the bonus credit to make calls anywhere? - The $5.00 bonus credit can ONLY be used for making local Digicel to Digicel calls.

18.How will the $5.00 bonus credit affect FA5/55 (Free After 5)  - The $5.00 bonus credit will NOT affect FA5/55 (Free After 5). When a customer makes a call, charging from DA3 (bonus $5.00 credit) will be as per normal rates for Peak/Off-Peak/Weekend.

Note: Bonus credit will NOT be used for FA5 (Free After 5).

20.How will the $5.00 bonus credit affect FA5/30 (Free International)? - The $5.00 bonus credit will NOT affect FA5/30 (Free International) as this bonus credit can ONLY be used on local Digicel calls.

21.If I send 5 SMS, will I automatically receive 5 free SMS? - If a prepaid customer sends 5 SMS, automatically the customer will receive 5 FREE SMS.

22.Are there any limitations to the number of SMS that I can send daily to receive FREE SMS? - No. There are no limitations to the number of SMS sent daily. As long as a prepaid customer sends 5 SMS, then the customer will receive 5 FREE SMS.

Note: SMS pattern will repeat throughout the day; the first 5 SMS charged & the next 5 SMS will be free.

Pre-paid Subscribers can ONLY send SMS on Fridays to benefit from FA5 SMS. SMS sent from Monday to Thursday will be charged at the regular SMS rate of $0.15/SMS.

23.Can I send SMS to any number? - SMS cannot be sent to any number. SMS can ONLY be sent to Digicel numbers.

24.Can I send SMS both local & regionally? - The SMS can ONLY be sent locally (Digicel to Digicel) to receive the FREE SMS.

Note: SMS MUST be sent on the Digicel network, i.e. Digicel to Digicel.

25.Am I able to participate while roaming? - No. Customers who are roaming will NOT be able to participate in the promotion.

FA5/55 (Free After 5)-  speak for 5 minutes & get up to 55 minutes FREE on calls both locally & regionally.
 
FA3/55 (Free After 3)- St. Vincent; speak for 3 minutes & get up to 55 minutes FREE on calls both locally & regionally.

FA5/30 (Free International); speak for 5 minutes & get up to 30 minutes FREE on international calling to USA, USVI, Puerto Rico, UK (fixed lines) & Canada.

Peak & Off-peak rates apply under FA5/55 (Free After 5) – FA3/55 (Free After 3) – St. Vincent & FA5 (Free International).

Free Nights (Prepaid); top up $50.00 (not accumulative) or more & automatically receive 5 FREE nights of local Digicel to Digicel calling.

Free Nights will be from 10pm to 6am. Free Nights plan can ONLY be reactivated after expiration of the plan.

Free Credit ($5.00 on-net calls); Top up $25.00 (not accumulative) or more as the 1st top up of the month & receive $5.00 bonus credit. Bonus credit valid for 5 days & applicable for local Digicel to Digicel calls. Bonus credit can be viewed by dialing *120*3#

(FA5 SMS)Free After 5 SMS; Send 5 local (Digicel to Digicel) SMS & receive 5 FREE SMS every Friday, i.e. for every 5 SMS, prepaid customers will receive 5 FREE.

SMS can ONLY be sent to Digicel numbers in order to qualify.
