- What is the “International Talk Promotion” about?
The International Talk Promotion offers ALL Digicel Prepaid customers 120 minutes to call friends and family abroad in the USA, USVI, Canada, Puerto Rico and the UK (fixed line calls). Digicel Prepaid customers simply dial *134*80# to start activation.
2. How can I qualify for this promotion?
Digicel prepaid customers MUST have a minimum of $20 on their account in order to activate the International Talk Plan. Customers simply dial *134# and follow instructions.

- To activate International Bundles for 14 days at a cost of 20.00 ECD dial *134*80#.
Activating Plan - *134*80#
- Please confirm activation of International Bundle for 14 days by dialling *134*1#. To cancel dial *134*9#.

- Thank you for joining International Bundle for 14 days starting at <yyyy/mm/dd time>
3. Is there any expiry time to use my minutes?
The International Bundle plan is valid for 14 days from the point or day of activation.
4. How can I check my remaining minutes?
Customers simply dial *134*80# while the plan is active to view remaining minutes.
5. What happens if I make calls out of my bundle plan?
All calls made out of bundle e.g. Digi to Digi, Digi to Other Mobile, Digi to Regional and Digi to R.O.W. will be charged as per normal regular peak, off-peak and weekend rates.
6. Do I need to wait until the end of expiry to buy more minutes?
A customer doesn’t have to wait until the end of expiry (14 days) to buy more minutes. Customer simply dials *134*5*80# to buy more minutes if all minutes are exhausted or used.
Note – if a customer doesn’t use all 120 minutes and buy more minutes, the previous minutes will be lost. Example – customer has 20 minutes remaining and buys a new bundle (additional 120 minutes), only 120 minutes will be received and the previous 20 minutes will be lost.
7. Will I receive additional time if I buy more minutes during existing 14 days of current plan?
If a customer has X time remaining during current plan and buys additional minutes, the days will be extended to 14 days in total.
Example – a customer has 5 days on current plan and buys new minutes. The total days to use the new minutes will now be 14 days.
8. Am I able to use my plan while roaming?
A roaming customer is unable to use International Bundle Promotion.

· Customers MUST *134# and follow instructions.
· International Bundle Plan cost $20.00 for 120 minutes to be used in 14 days.
· More minutes can be purchased by dialing *134*5*80# if minutes are all used up.
· To check minutes customer MUST dial *134*80# while on current or active plan.
· Previous minutes will not roll over or be used if new minutes are purchased.
· Roaming customers cannot use the International Bundle
